The IT Project Manager plays a vital role in managing and coordinating complex projects within an IT environment. This position involves planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions on time and within budget. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and ensure that project objectives are in alignment with the company's strategic objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and a thorough understanding of IT project management methodologies. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including schedules and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management or related field.
• Proven experience managing complex IT projects with multiple stakeholders involved.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for stakeholder engagement.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred for this position.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
