Job Description

The Project Manager (Facility Management) is responsible for overseeing and managing facility-related projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves planning, executing, and closing projects, aligning them with strategic objectives of the organization. The Project Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and internal teams, to deliver results that meet both client and organizational expectations. They will leverage their expertise in facility management to implement efficient processes and ensure optimal functionality of facilities. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential in this role to navigate challenges and drive project success.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans to coordinate activities and meet deadlines.
  • Oversee project budget, resource allocation, and performance to avoid cost overruns.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives clearly.
  • Lead the project team by providing direction, support, and motivation effectively.
  • Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders for successful project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with facility management regulations and organizational policies.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in facility management industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in facility management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is essential.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills are required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Proficiency with project management software and MS Office Suite is necessary.
  • Familiarity with facility management practices and compliance standards is crucial.
