Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our Facility Management team. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in project management, specifically within the facility management sector. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of projects ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will be responsible for managing resources, including human resources, and both internal and external stakeholders. The role demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities

  • Lead facility management projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify project requirements and targets.
  • Develop detailed project plans to guide teams in successfully achieving project goals.
  • Maintain rigorous timeline and budget controls to meet project milestones and deadlines.
  • Coordinate and manage resources effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.
  • Communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop contingency plans.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal regulations throughout all project phases.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure success.
  • Create comprehensive project documentation, including reports and presentations, for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate post-project evaluations to ensure learning and improvement for future projects.
  • Maintain and promote a safe working environment ensuring health and safety protocols are followed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management within facility management.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources in a project setting.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Fluency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges dynamically.
  • Professional certification like PMP or similar is highly advantageous.
