Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in construction engineering or project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering projects from inception through completion.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera P6.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PE, or equivalent professional qualifications are desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of local and federal construction safety regulations and standards.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently to ensure project efficiency.
