In the dynamic role of a Project Coordinator, you will be tasked with steering the successful execution of various projects by working closely with project managers and team members. As an indispensable part of the project management team, you will play a crucial role in the proper allocation of resources as well as the meticulous monitoring of project timelines. With strong organizational and communication skills, you will be an effective liaison between different departments, ensuring that tasks are executed efficiently and any roadblocks are swiftly negotiated. Additional responsibilities include the preparation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation and the facilitation of meetings to ensure all stakeholders remain informed and projects progress smoothly. Your proactive approach will contribute to delivering projects that meet client specifications and are completed within the designated timeframe and budget.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with project managers for effective project execution.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and plans.
  • Track project performance, ensuring timely project progression and completion.
  • Manage project timelines through meticulous schedule oversight and adjustments.
  • Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders seamlessly.
  • Identify potential project risks, proposing effective risk mitigation solutions.
  • Coordinate resource allocation to optimize project execution and delivery.
  • Organize regular project meetings and document meetings for follow-up actions.
  • Liaise effectively between clients, stakeholders, and project teams consistently.
  • Assist with the preparation of budget time and cost estimates accurately.
  • Ensure project deliverables adhere to quality standards and project scopes.
  • Support the team in maintaining high levels of productivity and morale.


Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in project coordination or similar roles required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration.
  • Proficient in project management software like MS Project or similar.
  • Capability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Adaptable problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
