Job Description

The Project Co-ordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring projects are executed successfully and on time. This position involves working closely with project managers and team members to plan, implement, and track projects from inception to completion. The Project Co-ordinator is responsible for organizing project activities, providing necessary resources, and communicating effectively among all stakeholders to ensure seamless project flows. Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and technical proficiency are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, able to anticipate issues before they arise, and possess a keen ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position offers an opportunity to grow and take on more responsibility, with the potential to advance to senior project management roles.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, and budgets.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders at all project stages.
  • Track project performance to ensure successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Manage changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
  • Compile project reports and deliver presentations to upper management.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and challenges.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Promote a cohesive team environment and help resolve project conflicts as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field required.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in project coordination or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of project management phases, frameworks, and documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
