Job Title: Production Chemist

Location: Umm Al Quwain & Abu Dhabi

Reports To: Management

Salary : 3500-4000 AED + Accommodation on Sharing Basis

Experience :minimum 2-3 years working experience

Qualification:M.Sc. / B.Sc. (Chemistry)

Notice period: Immediate joining or maximum 1 month

It is mandatory candidate is from chemical company / chemical background

UAE Candidate preferred

Job Summary:

Candidate must be Young, Self-Driver, Ambitions & having work experience in the same field. You'll need to understand how to develop / alter raw materials into a range of useful products while taking into consideration health and safety and cost issues. Servo Group of Company seeks a Production Chemist with sound knowledge in chemical industry, especially in Water Treatment & Specialty Chemicals. Design plant and equipment configuration so that they can be readily adapted to suit the product range and the process technologies involved, taking environmental and economic aspects into account. Writing of technical reports Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi Chemical Engineer Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or a related field Master's degree in chemical engineering or a related field desirable Strong technical weiting ablility Direct experience with the use of spreadsheet & database software to compile, analyze,and present data Familiarity with process improvement methodollogies (Six Sigma, lean manufacturing) Ability to execute tasks with minimal oeversight Assist in establishment of timeline and budgets.design, install and commission new production plants, including monitoring developments and troubleshooting Perform routine calibration and troubleshooting of instruments Create standards and specifications for processes, facilities, products & test.Provide training and mentorship to technical staff Chemical Engineer Qualification & Skills Applied knowledge of analytical chemistry techniques Demonstrated ability to solve highly technical problems Perform chemical analysis & physical property testing of material & products Research new products from trial through to commercialisation and improve product lines Coordinate & perform testing Analysis data to develop conclusion Communicate result of analysis & research Evaluate current processes and develop improvements to safety, quality & efficency

Work may take place in a lab, office or processing plant. Development work may progress from lab to plant or on field. Safety is a high priority in chemical industries, and hygiene is critical in food water treatment production. In certain circumstances, you'll need to wear safety or protective Travel and overseas work depend based on the companies requirement.
