Job Description
The Product Owner - Digital Banking will be responsible for owning and driving the development and enhancement of digital banking products and services. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery. Additionally, they will conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for digital banking products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers.
- Gather and prioritize customer requirements and feedback for product enhancements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Define and prioritize features based on business value and customer needs.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback for product improvements.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies for product launches.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital banking.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a product owner or product manager in digital banking.
- Strong understanding of digital banking products and services.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
