Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Product Manager – Enterprise Networking to strategically manage, position, and grow our portfolio of enterprise networking solutions. This role acts as a vital connector between our vendor partners, internal sales teams, and end customers, driving market success through product strategy, deep technical expertise, and impactful go-to-market execution.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of networking technologies, excellent market insight, and the drive to deliver results aligned with our strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Portfolio Management : Own, manage, and optimize the enterprise networking product portfolio (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless solutions) to meet market demand and business goals.
  • Vendor Relationship Management : Act as the primary liaison with enterprise networking vendors (Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Ruckus, Juniper, etc.), ensuring alignment in strategy, product roadmap, and market execution.
  • Market Analysis Strategy : Conduct detailed market analysis, identify competitive positioning, and proactively capture growth opportunities.
  • Develop compelling go-to-market (GTM) strategies, including pricing models, promotional campaigns, and targeted sales enablement programs.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate directly with sales and presales teams, providing effective product training, technical support, and tailored solutions to win customer engagements.
  • Customer Engagement Solution Development : Engage with key customers and strategic accounts to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure sustained customer satisfaction.
  • Product Launch Promotionn : Plan and coordinate successful new product launches, working closely with marketing and sales to maximize market impact and awareness.
  • Forecasting Demand Planning : Create accurate sales forecasts, demand plans, and inventory management strategies, aligning closely with business objectives.
  • Performance Tracking Analytics: Continuously monitor product performance, analyze sales data, and implement actionable improvements to achieve targeted results.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

  • 1. Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Product Management or Sales focused on Enterprise Networking solutions within the Middle East region.
  • 2. Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of networking technologies, including switches, routers, firewalls, and enterprise wireless solutions.
  • 3. Vendor Knowledge: Familiarity and working experience with key brands such as Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Juniper, Ruckus, etc.
  • 4. Analytical Strategic: Proven capability to translate market insights, competitive analysis, and sales data into strategic product plans.
  • 5. Relationship Skills: Exceptional ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors, internal teams, and end customers.
  • 6. Education Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related discipline; advanced networking certifications (CCNA, CCNP, etc.) are advantageous.
  • 7. Location Travel: Must be based in Dubai, UAE, with willingness to regularly travel within the region.
