Arcadia Global School, Dubai is seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced MSCS and Junior MBA Teacher (Fluent English required) who can join us from August 2025. The ideal candidate will be committed to instilling strong values, cultural understanding, and foundational business skills in primary students through engaging and meaningful learning experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Business or Social Studies or a related field
• Valid teaching qualification (B.Ed, PGCE or equivalent).
• Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience at the Primary level.
• Excellent English communication skills
• Knowledge of UAE MSCS framework and/or Junior MBA content is highly desirable.
• Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills.
  
  

• Plan and deliver inspiring lessons in Moral, Social & Cultural Studies (MSCS) aligned with national curriculum standards.
• Teach Junior MBA concepts that foster creativity, innovation and entrepreneurial thinking in young learners.
• To ensure effective monitoring and communication with parents regarding academic progress both in line with school reporting procedures and in response to specific concerns as they arise.
• To comply with the current policies and procedures of the school.
