We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Primary Inclusion Teacher to join our team from October 2026.

Located in the thriving Al Waha community, just off Emirates Road and neighbouring Dubailand, GEMS Metropole School – Al Waha is one of Dubai's newest and fastest-growing British curriculum schools. Opened in 2023, the school currently educates students from FS1 to Year 11, with an exciting Sixth Form opening in August 2027 as the next phase of its ambitious growth journey.

Working closely with class teachers, families and the wider inclusion team, you will help create an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every child can thrive.

Skills Description

• A Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject, along with a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed. or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for England and effective primary classroom practice.
• Experience supporting students with additional learning needs, SEND or inclusion within a primary setting.
• A strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies, differentiation and personalised learning.
• A commitment to outstanding teaching and learning, raising student achievement and ensuring every learner can make progress.
• The ability to inspire, motivate and engage learners of all abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues and families.
• A collaborative approach and commitment to working closely with class teachers and the wider inclusion team.
• A commitment to contributing to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities, events and community engagement.
