Digital Marketing Executive

BFS Commercial Brokers is a Dubai-based business brokerage helping owners sell their running businesses and helping buyers find the right business to invest in. We're looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online presence, run paid campaigns and bring in quality leads. This is a full-time, on-site role at our office in Barsha Heights, Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our social media channels: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and more
• Plan and run digital campaigns for the businesses we have listed for sale
• Run and optimise paid ads on Meta and Google
• Create and manage monthly content calendars
• Track performance: leads, reach, engagement and conversions
• Generate qualified buyer and seller leads through digital campaigns
• Research target audiences, competitors and market trends
• Work with the sales team so campaigns support current listings and sales goals
• Manage ad budgets and adjust spending based on results
• Prepare regular reports with clear recommendations
• Work with our graphic designer on marketing materials
• Keep BFS branding consistent across all channels

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and paid advertising
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Google Ads is a plus)
• Good understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns
• Comfortable with social media analytics and performance tracking
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Creative, with a good eye for detail
• Able to manage several campaigns at once and meet deadlines
• Experience in real estate, business brokerage or lead generation is an advantage
• Currently based in the UAE
