Pilates Instructor

We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Pilates Instructors to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong and Dubai.

Position Overview
As a Pilates Instructor at Options Pilates Studio, you will deliver high-quality sessions, engage with clients meaningfully, and foster a supportive and empowering studio environment. This is an opportunity to be part of a high-performing team committed to personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead private and group Pilates sessions with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Evaluate client posture, ability, and goals to tailor session plans

• Build strong client relationships and support them in achieving their fitness goals

• Maintain accurate attendance and progress records

• Uphold the studio's equipment standards and cleanliness

• Collaborate with the studio team to ensure seamless operations

• Mentor junior instructors and contribute to a culture of learning and growth

• Actively promote the studio's services and values

  
  

Qualifications

• Full-time availability (100+ hours/month) is required for visa sponsorship

• Part-time considered for applicants not requiring sponsorship

• Minimum 1,000 hours of Pilates teaching experience

• Certified in Mat, Reformer, and Cadillac/Chair/Barrel (CCB) under a modern Pilates method

• Proficient in all Pilates equipment and accessories (e.g., rollers, bands, balls, straps)

• Fluent in English; Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean is a plus

• Skilled in handling clients with varying physical needs and goals

• Effective communicator with empathy and professionalism

• Degree in any field (Physiotherapy preferred)

• Familiarity with MindBody Online software is a plus
