Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming communications and correspondence, ensuring prompt responses when necessary.
  • Conduct research and compile data to assist executives in decision-making processes.
  • Organize and oversee event planning and execution for internal and external events.
  • Maintain an efficient filing system, ensuring easy retrieval of information when needed.
  • Assist in drafting and editing reports, emails, and other documents as required.
  • Provide administrative support by managing spreadsheets, databases, and records.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive and personal information at all times.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of executives.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks to streamline executive workflows as directed.
  • Support in personal tasks for executives to ensure they focus on strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills required.
  • Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common office software tools.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to tasks.
