Job Title: Payroll Accountant

Job Description:

• Prepare and calculate employees monthly salaries accurately according to approved rules and policies.
• Verify the accuracy of employee data and their financial entitlements (salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime).
• Enter payroll data into the approved financial systems and ensure it matches the records.
• Prepare payroll statements and financial reports related to salaries and send them to the relevant authorities on time.
• Follow up on transferring salaries to employees bank accounts and coordinate with banks when necessary.
• Properly file and archive all documents and records related to salaries in an organized and confidential manner.
• Prepare reports on monthly and annual salary-related costs for management.
• Comply with relevant laws and regulations (labor laws, social insurance, tax deductions if applicable).
• Participate in improving work procedures and propose solutions to develop payroll systems.
• Perform any other tasks assigned within the scope of work.
