Role : Business Analyst

Location: Dubai

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, gather requirements, analyze data, and support the delivery of effective business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Prepare business cases, reports, dashboards, and presentations for management
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business expectations
• Monitor project progress and assist in change management activities
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals, compliance, and best practices
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (experience level can be adjusted)
