Payments Product Owner

We are seeking a Payments Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of our digital payment solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product roadmap, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless payment experiences for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the payments product strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and manage the product roadmap for payment solutions, including online payments, mobile wallets, and real-time transactions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality payment products.
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and payment industry requirements.
• Work closely with payment service providers, banks, and fintech partners to enhance payment capabilities.
• Monitor product performance, key metrics, and user feedback to drive continuous improvements.
• Drive agile product development, prioritizing backlog items based on business impact and customer value.
• Ensure a seamless, secure, and scalable payment experience for users across various channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in the payments industry.
• Strong understanding of digital payments, fintech, and banking ecosystems.
• Experience with payment processing technologies, APIs, and integrations.
• Knowledge of payment regulations, compliance, and security standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
