Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust payment architecture strategies supporting new MX messaging standards.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate MX messaging into existing systems, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.
• Ensure all payment systems comply with SWIFT standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in payment processing and messaging.
• Optimize payment processing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Create comprehensive documentation and provide training to stakeholders on new MX messaging standards and processes.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate progress, challenges, and solutions related to the transition.

Technical Skills

• Payments Expertise: E-Invoicing, Payment Links, Cards
• Integration Expertise: Microservices, Middleware, IBM BPM, API Gateways, Queues, Topics, SNS, IBM API Connect
• IVR Knowledge: Genesys Cloud, Genesys Engage – Banking Domain
• Cloud Skills: AWS, AZURE
• BCM Awareness: DR Plan, Systems HA
• Testing Knowledge: Unit testing, SIT, UAT, PT
• Risk Management: Compliance, PII Data handling, PCI DSS, Cloud-related risk management
• Understanding of Banking Systems: Core Banking, Digital Banking, CRM

Other Requirements

• Soft Skills: People & Stakeholder Management
• Language Proficiency: English required; additional languages are a plus
• Project Frameworks: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
