πŸš€ Hiring Now: High-Risk Payment Gateway Coordinator!

πŸ“ Location: Dubai | πŸ’Ό Full-Time Role | πŸ’° AED 2,000–2,500/month + Perks

Are you experienced in payment operations within gaming or other high-risk industries? We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of digital payments (UPI, cards, wallets), who can coordinate with banks and PSPs, ensure smooth processing, and support compliance.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage daily coordination with banks and payment partners
  • Track transactions, settlements, chargebacks, and fraud trends
  • Support compliance with RBI, PCI-DSS, and AML/KYC standards
  • Work cross-functionally with tech, finance, and legal teams
  • Help onboard and manage payment service providers (PSPs)
  • Maintain records, workflows, and reconciliation data.
  • Coordinate with PSPs and banks on API-based payment flows and ensure KYC/AML protocols are followed.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in payment ops or fintech (preferably in high-risk domains)
  • Strong grasp of UPI, payment gateways, wallets, and reconciliation
  • Knowledge of chargeback handling and fraud detection basics
  • Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skills
  • Experience with international PSPs, gaming platforms
  • Familiarity with cross-border payments and APMs
