Mixing Engineer

This role involves professionally mixing and mastering an audio track while applying precise pitch correction using Melodyne. The goal is to deliver a polished, industry-standard final product with balanced sound, clarity, and accurate tuning. The position requires expertise in both the technical and creative aspects of audio engineering, ensuring the track maintains its natural feel while meeting professional quality standards. The project will be completed remotely, with flexibility on the delivery timeline, and may lead to future collaborations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in professional audio mixing and mastering
• Expertise in pitch correction using Melodyne with natural, transparent results
• Proficiency in industry-standard DAWs such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or Cubase
• Strong understanding of EQ, compression, reverb, and stereo imaging
• Ability to maintain dynamic range and clarity while enhancing overall sound quality
• Attention to detail in balancing levels, tonal consistency, and removing audio imperfections
• Strong communication skills to discuss project needs and provide progress updates
• Comfortable working remotely and delivering high-quality audio files in industry formats
