The Patient Relations Executive plays a crucial role in healthcare institutions by serving as the liaison between patients and the healthcare services provided. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field required.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a patient relations role preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a patient-centric approach.
  • Proficient in using healthcare management software and databases.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient rights essential.
