Job Description

The role of a Patient Care Coordinator is an essential bridge between patients and the healthcare team, designed to optimize patient outcomes and healthcare delivery. A Patient Care Coordinator works to ensure that patients receive the right care at the right time, facilitating smooth and effective communication between all parties involved. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or a related field is preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Empathetic and compassionate nature, with a patient-first approach.
  • Knowledge of healthcare policies, regulations, and best practices required.
