Job Description

The Junior Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by supporting the sales team, managing customer relationships, and identifying new sales opportunities. Working under the guidance of senior sales executives, the Junior Sales Executive is expected to develop a deep understanding of the company's product offerings and customer base. Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities.
  • Assist senior sales executives by providing administrative and sales support.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.
  • Attend sales meetings, conferences, and industry events to learn and network.
  • Update and maintain sales records in the company's CRM system regularly.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any sales-related issues.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and goals.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss sales strategies and performance metrics.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales improvement initiatives.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the sales manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous sales experience or internships involving client interaction preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed for customer interaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales and marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
