Overview of the role:

We are seeking a Warehouse Partsman to join our Parts Support team in DIP. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately deconsolidating, sorting, packing, and storing automotive spare parts and accessories while ensuring all work is error-free and damage-free. You will work in a high-performing, safety-focused environment, adhering to operational guidelines and company policies at all times.

What you will do:

• Receive and deconsolidate incoming automotive spare parts.
• Sort, pack, and ship goods according to packaging guidelines and best practices.
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner within the warehouse.
• Reconcile calculated inventory with physical counts and perform bin stock replenishment.
• Follow specific customer order instructions to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe working environment in line with 5S standards.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, operational procedures, and company policies.
  
  

Required skills to be successful:

• Ability to recognize and understand part numbers and alphanumeric codes.
• Capable of following written instructions and documented procedures.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift/carry materials up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible to work different shifts, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and overtime when required.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication abilities.
