As our new Partner Development Manager, you will be part of our highly skilled Channel sales team. In this role you will be recruiting and onboarding new Hosting Partners, Service Providers, Cloud Resellers and System Integrators. You will collaborate closely with our Cloud Desk team and PDMs across MEA to design and execute impactful sales and marketing campaigns. In addition, you will take ownership of key accounts and drive future business opportunities.
Key responsibilities will include: - Position Crayon as a strategic cloud aggregator, go-to-partner for Customers and Partners across all maturity stages
- Leverage key partnerships with strategic vendors (AWS, Microsoft) to maximize resources, deliver greatest value to Customers and Partners
- Establish a rhythm of business for opportunities with Partners, to bring accountability into the sales cycle, using CRM
- Manage the engagement process and relationships across stakeholders, to create predictability in the methodology
- Accountable for delivering monthly / quarterly results, to demonstrate market share gains and cloud business growth
Your Competencies: - 5+ years of channel/partner sales management experience with a focus on acquiring and attracting new partners
- Preferably, 2+ years’ experience in the Microsoft Channel or a proven success record in the IT channel
- Strong financial acumen necessary to help build business growth strategies for partners and experience selling to C-suite executives
