Job Description

As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This position requires a dynamic and outgoing individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and possesses exceptional communication skills. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting the company's products and services, and closing sales deals. A successful Outdoor Sales Executive thrives on exceeding sales targets and is adept at multitasking. You must be self-motivated and able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with your team. In this role, your primary focus will be on expanding the company's market presence and achieving consistent revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Conduct regular visits to potential and existing clients to present products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve goals.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients in a professional manner.
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors’ products, and market conditions.
  • Offer product demonstrations and training sessions to potential clients as needed.
  • Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, and events to promote our brand and products.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the product development team to improve offerings.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in an outdoor or field sales environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Ability to adapt to various sales and negotiation techniques as required.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
