Job Description

An Outdoor Sales Executive is a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for driving the growth of a company’s client base and sales revenues through field interactions. This role demands an individual who is persuasive, ambitious, and able to identify sales opportunities with potential clients, including in diverse and challenging environments. The Outdoor Sales Executive must be skilled in creating strategic pitches and proposals that resonate with client needs and align with business objectives. A significant part of the job involves traveling, meeting clients in person, and ensuring the satisfaction of existing customers while exploring new avenues for business expansion. Success in this role is measured by the ability to achieve sales targets, expanding market reach, and building long-term client relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue potential sales opportunities in assigned territories strategically.
  • Develop and deliver engaging sales presentations to prospective clients effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients continuously.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize profits and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs clearly.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotion efforts.
  • Regularly report sales activities and results to management accurately and timely.
  • Handle and resolve client complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in networking activities and events to boost company presence actively.
  • Stay updated with changes in market conditions and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities related to sales activities and client records diligently.
  • Travel extensively to meet clients and explore new sales opportunities on-site.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outdoor sales environment, is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close sales deals effectively.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours when necessary.
