Job Description

As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the revenue growth of our organization by reaching out to potential clients, showcasing our products or services, and closing sales deals. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through direct and face-to-face sales activities outside the company's premises. This role demands a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. You will represent the company in the marketplace and contribute to increasing its market presence. Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients through market research and analysis.
  • Visit clients in assigned territories to promote products and services actively.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit for the company.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales forecasts, performance, and market feedback.
  • Provide ongoing support and after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to develop industry knowledge.
  • Always adhere to company policies and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outdoor or field sales setting.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under minimal supervision.
  • High degree of self-motivation and ambition to achieve sales targets.
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned sales territories.
  • Basic understanding of CRM software to manage client information effectively.
