We are searching for a skilled Plumber and Electrician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Install and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and fittings as needed.
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical wiring, circuits, and equipment.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications.
• Inspect and test plumbing and electrical systems for functionality and safety.
• Identify and respond to emergency plumbing and electrical issues promptly.
• Conduct regular maintenance of plumbing and electrical systems.
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as contractors and engineers.
• Ensure compliance with electrical and plumbing codes and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Provide professional advice and recommendations to clients regarding system upgrades.
• Source and purchase required materials and equipment for projects.
• Assist with the training and guidance of junior technicians, if needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as both a plumber and an electrician.
• Valid certifications or licenses in plumbing and electrical work.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems and codes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills required.
• Good communication skills with both clients and team members.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
