As an Outbound Sales Executive - VAS, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of extended warranty and service contract solutions among managed transaction customers on Dubizzle. Your primary role will be to proactively engage with potential customers over the phone, understand their post-purchase protection needs, and close deals by offering the right warranty and service contract packages. You will play a key role in our value-added services strategy, helping us enhance customer trust, increase attachment rates, and generate incremental revenue from managed deals.
In this role, you will:
Handle outbound calls to proactively pitch warranty and service contract solutions to customers with managed transactions
Consult with customers to understand their vehicle usage and aftersales protection needs, and recommend the most suitable packages
Own the full telesales cycle from prospecting, pitching, objection handling, to closing sales
Present tailored warranty and service contract offers clearly over calls, WhatsApp, and email
Cross-sell additional value-added services (where applicable) to maximize customer value
Build rapport with customers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for vehicle ownership protection
Manage objections professionally, provide clear clarifications, and follow up to ensure conversion
Coordinate with operations and back-office teams to ensure smooth processing of purchased contracts
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM on call outcomes, quotes shared, and contracts closed
Share daily performance updates and insights with your team manager to improve outreach and conversion strategies
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets for warranty and service contracts
Stay updated on product features, pricing, and competitor offers to maintain strong market knowledge
Provide feedback to improve sales scripts, promotional offers, and overall customer experience
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of proven success in outbound telesales or call center sales roles
Prior experience in selling financial products, automotive services, or value-added services (insurance, warranty, service contracts)
Experience in using CRM Software/Apps
Familiarity with UAE automotive market and bank finance processes
Knowledge of customer engagement and retention best practices
Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills (English required; Arabic/other languages a plus)
Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and deal-closing capabilities
Resilient, target-driven, and able to thrive in a high-pressure, KPI-driven environment
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work with structured pipelines
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage pipeline and time effectively & efficiently
Target-oriented and strong closer;
