Job Description

As an Order Management Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the order processing system within our company. Your primary responsibility will be to manage customer orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. You will serve as a vital link between various departments such as sales, logistics, and customer service to ensure that all orders are processed in accordance with company policies and procedures. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. You will analyze order trends, manage inventory levels, and ensure optimal order processing to meet business objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.


Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve order issues.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability and reduce lead times.
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates and confirmations about their orders.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update order records in the company’s database accurately.
  • Analyze order processing trends to identify improvements in order fulfillment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in order management.
  • Generate reports for management on order status and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical issues in the order management system.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of order management processes and best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits on order processes to improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in order management or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using order management software and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights for process improvement.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high accuracy levels.
