Summary
We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Operations Trainee – Front Office to join our team. In this role, you will provide professional and customer-focused service, ensuring guests have a memorable Andaz experience. You will also contribute towards achieving departmental KPI goals and support the smooth day-to-day operations of the Front Office.
Qualifications
Previous Front Office internship experience is required.
A degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred.
Strong Customer Service, Communication, And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential.
German-speaking skills are an added advantage.
