Job Description

An Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the production of goods and services in an organization, ensuring that the business operates efficiently and effectively.   • Identify training needs and ensure team members receive timely and relevant training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations management role.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and analyze financial data effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills are essential for success.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management abilities required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
