Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Proven leadership ability with excellent decision-making skills and business acumen.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and resource management practices.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable operational strategies.
  • Proficient in using relevant computer software and operational management systems.
