As an experienced operations consultant, your role is crucial in helping us achieve this purpose, making you an integral part of our operations.

We’re looking for experienced operations consultants who can help us transform our clients’ organisations and work as part of high-performing project teams on large, complex transformational programmes.

As a valued member of our client-engagement project teams, you will be pivotal in leading key work streams and working with industry-leading clients across multiple sectors to reduce risks and improve business continuity and asset productivity.

You’ll save lives, drive performance, and improve the working lives of employees across the organisations you support.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Working as an integral member of client project teams, executing complex tasks and leading work streams.
• Contributing to sales through high-quality proposals, solution design, and participation in client business-development meetings.
• Analysing operational processes, management systems, and performance improvement opportunities in safety, operational excellence, or environmental sustainability.
• Actively engaging with clients through meetings, workshops, and field observations; implementing practical, hands-on solutions.
• Analysing data to develop meaningful recommendations and crafting high-quality presentations and reports for client engagements.
• Conducting interviews, DILOs, and document reviews to assess operational risk and improvement opportunities.
• Designing and delivering training, coaching, and workshops at client sites.

Job Requirements

Who are you today?

Ideally, you will bring:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Prior management consulting experience and/or operational experience in one of our core industries (Oil & Gas, Energy, Chemicals, Mining & Metals, Utilities, Manufacturing, etc.)
• Exposure to one or more of our key practice areas: Operational Excellence, Operational Risk, Safety, or Sustainability.
• Experience working within project teams and leading work streams on complex assignments.
• Adaptability and the ability to thrive within diverse, often remote, consultant teams while consistently delivering client and business objectives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with strength in quantitative and qualitative analysis, and proficiency in using business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
• Professional proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
