Job Description

The Operations Executive is a pivotal role within our organization, tasked with overseeing and optimizing the daily operational functions of the company. This position requires a dynamic individual who is skilled in strategy execution, operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership. As an Operations Executive, you will work closely with department heads to drive efficiency, increase productivity, and ensure that all operational aspects align with the company’s strategic goals. Your primary objective will be to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve service delivery. This role demands a leader who is both analytical and innovative, capable of making data-driven decisions and implementing change effectively. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and elevating overall business performance.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with executives and managers to define strategy and planning activities.
  • Monitor and report on operational performance using key performance indicators.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Identify areas of improvement within operations and propose viable solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines.
  • Manage supply chain logistics and inventory to optimize product availability.
  • Foster a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
  • Coordinate with IT and other departments to support operational needs.
  • Prepare detailed reports and forecasting for senior management's review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in an operations or management role.
  • Proven track record of improving operational function and increasing output.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent understanding of financial management and organizational effectiveness.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex situations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels of staff.
