Job Description

As a Projects Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of various projects within our organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project timelines, facilitating communication among team members, and ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently. You will work closely with project managers, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project objectives are met and that any challenges that arise are effectively addressed. A detail-oriented and organized individual, you will be instrumental in facilitating seamless project workflows, maintaining documentation, and ensuring that projects remain within scope, budget, and time constraints. Your contribution will be crucial in driving our projects towards successful completion, thereby supporting the overall objectives of our organization.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects from inception through to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and update records as necessary.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
  • Oversee project timelines to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
  • Organize regular project meetings to track progress and address issues.
  • Develop and manage schedules and ensure all stakeholders adhere to them.
  • Work closely with project managers to allocate resources effectively.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them promptly.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with internal standards and guidelines.
  • Prepare reports on project status and progress for stakeholders.
  • Support the project manager in budget preparation and monitoring expenses.
  • Evaluate completed projects to determine lessons learned and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a project coordination or related role is essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration across teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project and Jira.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges proactively.
