Responsibilities

  • Maintain office filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of documents.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of office correspondences and memos.
  • Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring an always stocked work environment.
  • Welcome and direct visitors, ensuring they are attended to promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate and arrange logistics for meetings, including preparing related materials.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports when requested by management.
  • Assist in maintaining office facilities, ensuring a clean and well-organized workspace.
  • Support the HR department with onboarding new employees and organizing files.
  • Handle data entry tasks, updating information and records into the company's database.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by senior management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required for this position.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are highly valued in this role.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
