The Senior Integrated Media Specialist at Havas Media Ortega, Inc. is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive media strategies across various platforms to meet client objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong analytical skills to drive impactful campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement integrated media strategies across traditional (TV, radio, print) and digital (SEM, social, display, programmatic, OOH) channels, aligning with client marketing goals and budgets.
Lead the planning, negotiation, and buying of media placements, ensuring optimal reach, frequency, and cost-efficiency.
Manage and oversee the day-to-day execution of media campaigns, including trafficking, ad serving, and performance monitoring.
Conduct in-depth market research, audience analysis, and competitive landscape assessments to identify opportunities and inform media strategy.
Analyze campaign performance data, generate comprehensive reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (account management, creative, analytics) and external partners (media vendors, publishers) to ensure seamless campaign execution and integration.
Stay abreast of emerging media trends, technologies, and best practices to continually innovate and improve campaign effectiveness.
Manage media budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, allocation, and reconciliation.
Present media plans and performance updates to clients in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Job Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in media planning and buying, with a strong focus on integrated media strategies.
Proven expertise in both traditional and digital media channels, including hands-on experience with ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, DSPs).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex media concepts to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in media planning and reporting tools (e.g., Nielsen, comScore, Google Analytics, ad servers).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation skills and experience building relationships with media vendors.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
A proactive and collaborative team player with a passion for media and advertising.
