  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and equipped to support operations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required, an Associate’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related position.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions.
  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and email tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills for accurate task completion.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and varying work environments.
