Responsibilities

• Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring and fixtures according to specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications to determine material requirements.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards during work processes.
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems and components using appropriate testing tools.
• Collaborate with team members and other professionals during construction projects.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance performed.
• Order and maintain inventory of electrical materials and tools necessary for work.
• Solve complex problems related to electrical systems and components effectively.
• Offer guidance and support to trainees or junior electricians as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of electrician apprenticeship required.
• Valid electrician license and certifications as required by local authorities.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Proven experience as an electrician in commercial or residential environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
