🌟 We're Hiring: NOC Engineer 🌟
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated NOC Network Operations professional to join our client. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, technical expertise in network systems, and a passion for ensuring optimal network performance.
What You'll Do
- Operate and maintain Huawei DWDM systems in a 24x7 NOC environment.
- Perform fault analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of DWDM network issues.
- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Coordinate with field teams and vendors for issue resolution and upgrades.
- Maintain documentation and reports related to network operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Huawei DWDM equipment
- Experience in NOC operations and network monitoring tool
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
