Job Summary:

The NOC Engineer (Civils & Infrastructure) will be responsible for managing all interactions and communications with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and smooth project execution in the field of civil engineering and infrastructure.

Job Responsibility

• Liaise with local authorities to obtain necessary permits, licenses, and approvals for projects related to civil engineering and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with government agencies to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Keep abreast of changes in regulations and policies that may impact project timelines or budget.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the company and external agencies for all matters related to permits and approvals.
• Work closely with internal teams to gather and submit required documentation to authorities in a timely manner.
• Manage all NOCs permits, permit application in line with local Authorities requirements such as RTA , DEWA, DDA, and Dubai Municipality.
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience in dealing with local authorities and government agencies in the context of civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction regulations, zoning laws, and building codes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively with authorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple permits and approvals simultaneously.

• Proficiency in coordinating with government authorities and obtaining necessary permits and approvals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with different stakeholders
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Project management skills to track and manage progress of approval processes
• Problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges in dealing with authorities
• Knowledge of legal requirements and documentation procedures related to civil and infrastructure projects
