Nestlé Tamakon Nationalization Program - Nutrition UAE NATIONAL ONLY

We are excited to announce an opportunity within our Tamakon Graduate Nationalization Development Program, in the Nutrition Department at Nestlé MENA located in Dubai, UAE. This 1 year program is designed to support capability building and nurture local talent, ultimately leading to a full-time permanent position within our organization.

Who are we looking for?

• Emirati nationals who graduated in 2023, 2024, or 2025 with a GPA of 3.0 or above
• Holders of a bachelor’s degree in:
• Nutrition & Dietetics
• Food Science
• Public Health
• Biology or related life sciences
  

• Conduct daily field visits to healthcare professionals and institutions.
• Promote proper nutrition awareness and the importance of breastfeeding.
• Support and execute nutrition-related initiatives.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals.
• Deliver group presentations to healthcare professionals inside and outside hospitals.
  
  

• Primarily field-based role with 2 office days/week, subject to business needs and manager alignment.
  
  

• Collaborate with experienced professionals who are passionate about sharing their knowledge.
• Contribute to impactful projects that drive meaningful change within Nestlé and beyond.
• Gain exposure to the dynamic world of Nestlé.
• Participate in inspiration sessions, training workshops, and networking events.
