We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Neonatologist to join our reputable healthcare team. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive medical care to newborns, especially those in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).
  • Conduct precise medical assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each infant's needs.
  • Collaborate closely with pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Manage complex cases by making informed diagnostic and treatment decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Monitor the progression and response of infants to treatments carefully and adjust as necessary.
  • Perform and supervise medical procedures, including intubations and resuscitations for neonates.
  • Provide education and guidance to new parents about their neonate's condition and necessary care procedures.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss patient care plans and ensure cohesive team efforts.
  • Maintain up-to-date medical records and document all patient interactions and treatment plans.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with the latest research and advancements in neonatology.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and empathy in all interactions with patients and their families.
  • Provide on-call emergency care as needed for critical situations involving neonatal patients.

Requirements

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in neonatology.
  • Valid medical license and board certification in neonatology required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in neonatal intensive care units (NICU).
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex neonatal conditions and procedures.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of decision-making in high-pressure environments.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in the field of neonatology.
