The Motion Graphic Designer role is a pivotal part of our creative team, responsible for visually engaging audiences through dynamic digital storytelling. As an expert in motion graphics, you will be tasked with crafting compelling animations and visual effects for a wide range of media, including film, digital marketing, and social media platforms. You are expected to collaborate closely with our marketing, design, and content teams to produce innovative ideas that align with our brand’s goals and messaging. Your work will extend to video editing and enhancing existing footage, requiring a keen eye for detail, artistic flair, and proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for various projects.
• Collaborate with creative directors to conceptualize and execute visual storytelling ideas.
• Work closely with the post-production team to ensure consistent visual style and quality.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share design perspectives and ideas.
• Edit raw video footage and add sound effects, graphics, and animations.
• Develop storyboards to map out sequences and animatics for animated projects.
• Keep up-to-date with design trends and software updates to maintain cutting-edge practices.
• Ensure design concepts align with marketing strategies and brand standards.
• Work cross-functionally with other teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.
• Provide feedback to junior designers and support their creative development.
• Create prototypes and style frames to present ideas to stakeholders effectively.
• Ensure technical feasibility of designs and identify potential areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or related field required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects and Illustrator.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and animation projects.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience in motion graphics design.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.
• Strong understanding of animation techniques and video production processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting tight deadlines.
