As a Mortgage Consultant specializing in the Arabic-speaking market, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the intricacies of the mortgage process. Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to assess their needs and financial situation comprehensively.
  • Educate clients on mortgage products available suited to their needs.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurately collected and submitted promptly.
  • Analyze client data to determine mortgage eligibility and affordability.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions regularly.
  • Provide clear and concise explanations of complex mortgage terms.
  • Assist clients with mortgage applications and processing procedures.
  • Develop tailored mortgage solutions that cater specifically to client objectives.
  • Update clients regularly on the progress of their mortgage application status.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents to offer cohesive client support.
  • Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are efficiently met.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of lending trends and policies.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Arabic, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in mortgage consulting or related field.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products and financial analysis principles.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a client-oriented mindset necessary.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and meet tight deadlines consistently.
  • Proficiency with mortgage software and standard business applications required.
