We are seeking an experienced and skilled MEP Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. As an MEP Plumber, you will play a critical role in installing, maintaining, and repairing piping systems and fixtures associated with heating, water supply, and sanitation systems in commercial and residential buildings. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings.
• Work closely with MEP engineers to interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Plan and layout plumbing systems, including cutting, bending, and threading pipes.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards on all installations.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing systems and equipment.
• Diagnose plumbing problems and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Respond to emergency plumbing calls and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Remain updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in plumbing.
• Perform hydrostatic testing to identify leaks and ensure system integrity.
• Adhere to company policies and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a plumber, with a strong background in MEP systems.
• Valid plumbing license and certification in accordance with local regulations.
• Excellent understanding of plumbing codes, standards, and safety practices.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects as needed.
