SALES PERSON/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

JOB BRIEF: We are looking for a conversion-oriented sales person.

ROLE OBJECTIVES:

  • We are looking for a dedicated sales person to support our membership team. The sales person's responsibilities include attracting and converting new customers, assisting with corporate program launches and events, improving knowledge of the plans range, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns.
  • You should be able to multitask and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced, faceto-face environment.
  • To be successful as a sales person, you should be passionate about the adv+ memberships products and have the ability to inspire others as well. Outstanding sales people are able to make genuine connections with customers and tailor their presentations to different audiences.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Listening to what customers want and helping them find the perfect membership plan for their needs.
  • Constantly building clubs/product knowledge and delivering this knowledge in engaging ways.
  • Setting up attractive displays of a promotional booth.
  • Delivering presentations and demonstrations to customers and other stakeholders.
  • Engaging in meaningful interactions and building good relationships with customers. Collect feedback during the corporate launch events and provide a summary to enable improvement to the management team.
  • Following up with customers and providing guidance on product selection.Meeting daily targets and submitting sales reports.
  • Generating leads and cold calling prospective customers as well as following up on any pre-existing leads


QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience with product marketing is preferable. Experience in retail recommended.
  • Sharp customer service skills.
  • Eloquent and comfortable when delivering presentations in English.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent observation skills.
  • Superb verbal communication skills.


WORKING HOURS:

You'll usually work a regular 9Hrs, Monday to Friday week, though you may on occasion have to work longer to meet a project deadline or when attending an event or conference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month

Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience: Sales in Leisure/Hospitality/Fitness/Wellness/Sports:

2+ years (Preferred)
