Medical Science Liaison MSL

THC Consulting FZE is supporting the recruitment of an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for a leading multinational healthcare organization with a strong presence in Saudi Arabia and international markets.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Medical Affairs professional to work closely with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders, build strong scientific relationships, provide high-quality medical information, and contribute to medical affairs initiatives in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will bring strong scientific communication skills, solid experience in Medical Affairs, and a genuine interest in the aesthetics and/or dermatology field.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Engage with HCPs through credible, scientifically accurate medical discussions.
• Provide balanced and non-promotional scientific information across relevant therapeutic areas.
• Gather medical and scientific insights from the field and communicate them to internal stakeholders.
• Support medical education initiatives, advisory boards, congresses, and scientific meetings.
• Monitor emerging scientific developments and trends relevant to the therapeutic area.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Marketing, and cross-functional teams while maintaining appropriate medical governance.
• Contribute to the execution of local medical affairs initiatives and strategy.

• 5+ years of experience as an MSL or in a comparable Medical Affairs role.
• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Experience in aesthetics or dermatology is highly preferred.
• Strong scientific communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven experience engaging with KOLs and HCPs.
• Strong stakeholder-management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a cross-functional environment.
• Saudi Nationals are preferred for this position.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Arabic and English proficiency preferred.
